AHI is the AmigaOS audio subsystem. It was designed to be flexible, hardware independent, expandable and future proof. AHI allows multiple applications to share the audio hardware, so that different programs can play and record sound at the same time and without conflict.


The system's AHI settings can be adjusted using AHI Prefs.
