JXFS is a fast and robust filesystem that supports devices up to multiple-terabytes.
You cannot boot AmigaOS directly into a JXFS partition so you should ensure that AmigaOS is installed on a partition formatted as SFS. Similarly a quirk in AmiCygnix is not yet compatible with JXFS and it is recommended that it be installed on the AmigaOS System partition as well.
JXFS is recommended for all other partitions for improved performance.
