	You must start a Shell before quitting Workbench if you want to continue work afterwards. Also note that sometimes a ~~filesystem~~ will wait a few seconds after the last write and then make a final write to disk of some caches, so as a rule of thumb you should always wait three seconds after you save something before rebooting or turning off the machine.
